Product Introduce

Down the hole drill pipes play a significant role in all DTH drilling, regardless of application, rock type, hole depth or drill rig. The key features of a high quality DTH tube are durability, accuracy and manageability. SOLLROC DTH drill pipes are made of superior alloy and the both thread ends are friction welded to the seamless steel pipe. The high pressure air is delivered to DTH hammer by DTH drill pipe, simultaneously it transfers the rotation and press force to the DTH hammer.

Feature

1. High-precision CNC lathe processing to ensure the tightness of the thread connection;
2. Special heat treatment process to ensure that the connecting thread has sufficient strength and wear resistance;
3. The body of the drill rod and the joint are welded by a friction welding process, and then the intermediate frequency return is used to remove the welding stress to ensure the welding strength and the straightness of the finished drill rod.
4. The drill rod body and joint are made of European and American high-quality raw materials to ensure the superiority of normal construction under harsh conditions.
